All previous Crash My Playa attendees have received an email with instructions to purchase an Alumni Loyalty Deposit - limited availability! To ensure access, Alumni must have a Tixr account created with the same email address used for prior event attendance.

Alumni guests must log into their Tixr account—or create one—using the same email address used in the Guest Dashboard for previous events. 

Alumni Tixr accounts will gain access to the Alumni Loyalty Deposit sale starting on Tuesday, March 17th at 1:00 PM EDT. Once the Alumni Loyalty Deposit sale begins, click on 100x Presents, then select Crash My Playa: Alumni Loyalty Deposit Sale to complete your purchase.

If you already have a Tixr account with the email address on file, you are all set!

If you are an Alumni and do not have a Tixr account, one has been automatically created using the email address we have on file. Please check your inbox, as you received a welcome email from Tixr with instructions to confirm your email and complete your Tixr profile.

If you need to update your email address, create a new account with your updated email AND contact Guest Services by Noon EDT on Monday, March 16th. We will update Tixr to ensure your account has access to purchase an Alumni Loyalty Deposit.

Alumni Loyalty Deposits will become available on Tuesday, March 17th at 1:00 PM EDT and​ will only be available until Tuesday, March 24th (5:00 PM EDT) OR until sold out.

Alumni Loyalty Deposits are limited, first-come, first-served.

Make a $250 deposit now; get $500 toward your 2027 package. That's $250 in savings for committing early, before the initial artist lineup drops, and before packages go live.

When packages go on sale, you also get early access before the public. Booking priority will be granted in the following order:‍

1. Alumni Loyalty Deposit holders based on alumni status
2. Alumni without deposits based on alumni status
3. Public On Sale

The Alumni Loyalty Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be re-sold or applied to other events.

Yes - please review carefully! 

• Only one deposit per event package is allowed. Multiple deposits cannot be combined toward a single event package. If you're sharing a room with friends, only one person can apply a deposit.

• The deposit is directly linked to an Alumni’s Tixr account, so the person that purchases the deposit must also plan to purchase the event package for their party. The deposit is non-transferable. 
• Alumni Loyalty Deposits can only be used for Crash My Playa 2027 packages.
• Alumni Loyalty Deposits cannot be applied to Palace Elite bookings as those reservations are completed outside the standard Tixr platform.
